The required documents for the issuance of the BCC for the Nicaraguan flagged vessels:
- Copy of the blue card addressed to:Glifada 55 37, Greece
- Copy of the Vessel's P&I Cover (Certificate of Insurance)

The required documents for the issuance of the BCC for vessels that are not registered under Nicaragua:
- Official attestation letter from the flag confirming that they did not ratify the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage, 2001.
- Copy of the registry certificate.
- Copy of the blue card addressed to Nicaragua Flag Administration as per below details:Glifada 55 37, Greece
- Copy of the vessel's P&I cover (certificate of insurance). Kindly refer to the updated list of approved companies mentioned with the application forms and needed documents for the registration.
